Decent shower filter
I just Installed this. The entire shower head is plastic aside from the face where the water comes out which is metal. Despite the fact it almost entirely made of plastic, it feels somewhat durable. I do not think it would fare too well to being dropped in bathtub, but it should not fall apart in your hands. The water flow was decent.I have my shower head Installed on a gooseneck shower pipe, and I am using this in conjunction with the AquaYouth 2.0 shower filter. I fixed my sprayer into a position so it will essentially rain down. I have insanely high water pressure of about 90 psi. I find the spray to be comfortable even with high water pressure.I only took a few showers with this filter. It is too early to tell if the vitamin C is doing anything for my skin. I will update my review (good or bad) after I use the product for awhile.

Big City Water MUST HAVE!
I am the queen of filters…we live in a big city with the hardest most chloramine filled water you can get. It’s no surprise that our skin and hair have been suffering.I have always had a shower filter whether a generic Amazon option or a Berkey, I’ve tried them all! But it never fails that the water still smells of chlorine/chloramine and my hair eventually gets ratted and pulls out easier while brushing.I bought the shower carbon filter of this brand and then the handheld sprayer as well since it was recommended with areas that have chloramine. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but when I tell you that the water smells like NOTHING and feels softer I am not lying.Even after the first shower my skin felt smoother and my rosacea on my face was less red. With more and more use my skin feels completely different and I have little to no hair loss in my brush now! And I can seem to use less products because they suds better and don’t seem to dry out right when rinsed away. The combination of the two seems to be working like a charm and my husband insisted after one shower with mine that he wanted it all in his shower as well for the benefits! The sprayer head has GREAT water pressure and feels softer luxurious and spa like.I only wish that they would make it with something other than plastic to feel more refined, but at least it’s a heavy duty plastic that doesn’t seem cheap. All in all this has changed our big city water to a pure waterfall experience now and we are never going back to the old filters!

Feels clean
My city’s water distribution was destroyed in hurricane and the water had to be heavily treated with chlorine and other additives before restoring water to our homes. I didn’t test the water after installing the filter, but my hair and skin felt less dry and the chlorine smell was less when using the filter. My water pressure is definitely decreased and the stream of the water is fairly narrow so I feel colder when I shower now. But it’s worth it to me given the state of the water where I live.

Can't tell if it works
All product does is put a hole in my pocket

Not worth it
This does remove the chlorine but ACIDIFIES the water in the process. So get the Weddell Duo instead

So far so good!
It’s been a day since installing this, and I could already sense a difference. Note: I WILL be pairing this with Envigs ChloraClear Chloramine shower filter. I’d recommend this one over the carbon filter this brand is offering if you deal with chloramine, as that one will basically be useless. So far, I really like the design of this thing. Vitamin C is great for more than just removing the crap from water. I would definitely not use this as a standalone, I would still add on another specific shower filter. Envigs product is the only one I could find that specifically deals with chloramine, which is sad considering how common it’s being used now. So many people being sold products that don’t work to the full capacity lol. So if I were you, dealing with chloramine specifically, I’d pair with this other filter, but this is definitely useful along side a main filter because of the fact it’s refillable with vitamin c powder. It’s more economic and affordable to buy a tub of the powder and just refill it.

Great product
Love it. I buy vitamin c loose and refill the cylinder when it’s empty. Each cylinder lasts about 2 - 3 weeks.Great for skin and hair.
