Fits the folding silva s compass spot on

Nicely made case, very sturdy and I am sure this would protect you compass very well. My issue is that I purchased it to use with the advertised compass and it does not fit. Case is suitable for Field, Ranger, Nor and Race compasses only.

Firstly, I'm only giving one start because of the link that the Amazon page puts up of this case and a Silva Expedition 4 compass. As you can see from the included photo, the Expedition 4 does not fit into the case. I will update this review with the compasses that do fit that are stated in the literature that comes with the case. As to the actual case, the build quality is good with the zip working cleanly. I'd love to have kept it but obviously have to return it. Edit...The cardboard tag that is attached to the case states " Silva Compass Case Suitable for Silva compasses: Field, Ranger, Nor, Race."

Bought this Silva case for my Silva compass and my compass does not fit in it. Very, very disappointed. Not the first time I have been disappointed with Amazon. I will consider shopping elsewhere in future.
