The safe works as it should, arrived quickly and in good condition. I've seen better safes, but they were way more expensive. Overall, the safe is a good value. I would buy another one.

Great safe with good features. The keypad though on mine all the numbers don’t work. We just opted to use the finger print reader instead of the hassle of returning the safe.

Safe broke after six months, company would not fix keypad that broke. Amazon said it’s not their responsibility either, do not buy this product.

I will keep it for a couple of weeks to see how it pans out, but likely going back. There's little to no instructions. I will update the review after I speak with customer service.Update: Customer support was very responsive and promised to send detail operational instructions.

Directions to set up could be more clear. It asks you to press a Red and green button but neglects to tell you where they are. After searching a bit, they are located on the inside of the hinged door, after that it was smooth sailing to set up the passcode and fingerprint. The safe is about 125 lbs and is pretty sturdy but not Fort Knox. Overall appears to be a good value.

Alarm goes off without anyone near it.
