They do work well
This tether fits my hearing aids ok and doesn't hinder hearing or fitting in my ear. Once I figured out how the clip works it clips to my shirt well.

Great for those who loose hearing aides
We purchased the to use on my mother in laws hearing aides. She kept loosing them, she isn't able to use the clip portion but it does go around her neck and we have her tuck it inside her shirt. It is still helpful from loosing the hearing aide if one falls out. Worth the purchase.

No more lost hearing aids
I got this hearing aid lanyard for my elderly mom that has recently been diagnosed with dementia and is currently in a long term nursing facility. Her hearing aids are really small and she does not have much dexterity in her fingers due to neuropathy and numbness. She keeps fiddling with them to the point that the hearing aids often fall out, and due to their tiny size, get lost in her clothing or bedding or somewhere on the floor. I have tried stickers that fit over her ears so even if they come out of her ears, they would not get lost. The problem with this though is that the stickers are uncomfortable and she keeps pulling at them anyway. This lanyard has small silicone bands that fit securely around the part of the hearing aids that go behind her ears. The fastener clips to the collar of her shirt so if they do happen to fall, they are still attached to her and I don't need to spend half the day searching for a lost hearing aid. Well worth the price.

The strap clip and metal cinch "bangs" into hearing aids
I avoided wearing my BTE hearing aids during the height of the Covid pandemic because the mask straps tended to "slingshot" my aids off my ears. I'm wearing the aids again, but I worry about losing one, because they are so small and are only held in place by the thin wire between the BTE body and the ear insert. I thought these hearing aid clips might solve the problem. They do connect to my aids without blocking the button switch, but other aspects make them less desirable for my use. First, and most important, either the clip or the metal crimp on the strap or both tap against the body of my hearing aids. This sound is likely inaudible to anyone else, but it causes an annoying noise in my ears. There should be no metal near the hearing aid. So many devices come with a tenacious thin cord that loops through a eye on a radio or camera, much heavier than a hearing aid. That would've worked well on these hearing aid clips. The idea of clipping the tether to the back of my shirt collar is unnecessarily awkward. I would've preferred a spring clip, and a slightly longer tether so I could more easily attach the tether to the front of my shirt., and remove it more easily. This BTE hearing aid clip may work for others, but not for me.

Works well!
I got these for my Mom who often loses a hearing aid when she is out shopping or gardening. The clips work really well and they save a lot of stress and money from losing and needing to replace hearing aids!
