The quality of their products are great I have multiple supplements from them. The taste does taste yeasty but it helps my milk supply extremely fast! I would recommend putting it in a protein shake or something

I saw a 20% increase in my milk supply when I added some to my morning coffee and afternoon smoothie. It's kind of meh tasting. So start slow and then increase to your tolerance level so it doesn't ruin your morning coffee lol. Like 1/2 teaspoon is a good place to start

I really have used it yes but i will im just learn different stuff i watched Gaz Oakley he showrd how to use. I have his book so im excited. My naturalpath said to get it so i know its good

I have tried other brewers yeast for lactation and this is the worst tasting yeast I've ever had. You can't cover the taste and its inedible. I wish I could return. Will never buy again.

Great product, I give 2 tsp’s to my German Shepherd daily on top of her food for flea and ticks. As long as I am consistent it works great.

Smells and tastes pretty awful, I won’t lie. I didn’t realize there was a scoop for a while since it sank into the bag, but once I found it dosing was super easy. Great value for money, 3 month supply and it makes it worth it when the supply goes up. Haven’t cooked or baked with it but my friend has and the muffins were surprisingly good, I just suffer through a glass of yeasty water, but it shows. Energy has been better since taking and made a noticeable boost for milk supply.

This was supposed to have the bitterness removed. The bitterness is definitely apparent. The fine powder is difficult to work with, as it is easily blown around. I don't plan to order this again, but I will use what I have
