Great for oral health!
I throughly support using a tongue scrapper in the morning and before bedtime. This one is great, I take it with my on trips.

if you don’t have a tongue scraper i highly suggest this one! this is a very nice one i bought for my husband and i. easy to clean and two for a good price!

Stainless > plastic
I’ve had these going on a few years now. I love the steel options vice the plastic-silicone combination. When I forget to use my tongue scrapper, I can certainly noticed the difference. If you are in the market for a tongue scraper or wondering which to try, i recommend the stainless steel options. And the dual pack is a plus because one can stay in your bathroom while the other stays in your travel toiletries.
