Humapro by ALR Industries Premium Protien Tablets, 450 Tablets

The tablets are very easy to take. Looking at them you wouldn't think so. I can feel a definite boost from them. I take 10 to start my day which equals to 50 MG protein. Then 5-10 more before a 10.5 hour work day never sitting down working in a warehouse. I definitely feel better with them in my regimen. 5 🌟

Being a cancer patient, I don’t eat much therefore wasn’t getting enough protein! These were suggested by the doc! Great value for the money! They are big though

So my husband really loves these. I am on the fence so that’s why I give it 4 stars. I believe the quality is great and they are quite effective. He has built up tons of muscle since using these and going to the gym. It’s really the only way to get the extra protein to build muscle without eating a ton of protein shakes or mass gainer every day. They don’t upset our stomachs and dissolve fine with no terrible after taste. They smell a bit yucky in my opinion but it’s not a big issue. I don’t quite know what I’m ingesting which is why I’m not 100% in love with these and only take them when I really need the boost in protein during hard training weeks.
