This is my absolute favorite contour because it's a very natural warm brown unlike most contour that are very orange and make me look like I came out of the oven. Looks very natural and a little goes a long way if you are doing a natural look. I also use it as eyeshadow because it's just a very perfect base brown and by itself without any color just accentuate my natural eye shape. It also smells very delicious like hot cocoa. Also super cheap compared to more expensive brands that still makes me turn out orange. Very easy to blend with brush and glides very smoothly on with both brush or fingers. Nice, compact, portable size as well so I just carry it around in my purse. My skin is shade light medium neutral warm 190 for Kosas foundation.

All I can say is, "WOW!" I purchased several of these Butta bronzers and blushes and I was super impressed. This can stand up with the high-end big boys with ease. The shades are excellent, the formula is like butter. It's creamy and glides onto the skin. Highly pigmented so take care not to pack too much onto your brush. It wears all day and looks fantastic when you blend it out. The packaging is top drawer too. When you pick it up, there's heft not just flimsy packaging like so many of the drugstore brands. The price is so good too. Well worth every penny.

The NYX Buttercream Bronzer really impressed me with its formula—it’s buttery smooth, blends easily, and is so pigmented that a little goes a long way. I can tell this product will last me a long time, which makes it a great value. For me personally, the shade range runs a bit too warm to use as a true bronzer on my skin tone. However, I found an unexpected bonus—I absolutely love it as a blush! It gives me the perfect warm beige flush that looks natural and radiant without being overpowering. The finish is flattering, and it layers beautifully with the rest of my makeup. Overall, while I don’t reach for it as a bronzer, it’s become one of my favorite blushes. If you’re looking for a versatile, pigmented formula with a soft, blendable texture, this is definitely worth trying.

Great replacement for the NYX matte bronzer medium! I used the other pallet for 5 years. I was nervous to switch. Color is a great match to the one I used before but so much smoother the smell is amazing! Best part of doing my makeup. The compact has less product for the price but you use less. No swiping of the brush I dab the brush in and do all my contouring the color is so pigmented.

I am so bummed the Butta Cup 01 shade has been discontinued. I don’t know what NYX was thinking. This was the first truly great bronzer I ever used and the one I always go back to. For most of my life, I only ever used bronzer when I was going for a particular look. (Of course, I grew up in the 80s when bronzer meant shiny and orange.) But when I hit menopause and had to learn how to do my makeup with my aging face, I started experimenting with the new product formulations, new brushes and new techniques. I quickly learned that bronzer was the key to everything. It helps keep a youthful glow, it helps contour and de-sag, it helps soften your blush (to prevent you from looking like a clown) and just pulls everything together. When I’m having a “no makeup” day, it’s simply: brows, lashes, lip balm & bronzer. For my cool pale MATURE skin, the 01 shade adds that touch of color, a bit of life and a whole lot of confidence back to my face. It’ll be missed.

Gave 3 stars. While I love this product, it arrived broke so hence the lack of stars. I wouldn’t buy this from amazon but would by in-store.
