This chair is worth the purchase. I use it every day! It works just as good as it looks. I have constant back pain and use this chair to keep my back loosened up. The 4D massage is definitely worth it. I am glad I went with this chair. I would highly recommend this chair.

Absolutely wonderful!!! It was a job to get it in our house, but only because it was shipped on a semi and we live on the side of a mtn with a steep driveway. It is heavy, be sure to have healthy strong young men to bring it in or the older ones will be lining up to use the chair after the moving is done. LOL Great purchase!! It's easy to use, especially the voice control due to my husband's visual disability. It's well made, and material is soft. It's comfortable enough just to sit in when not even using the massage features. The functionality of the massage modes is spot on. Each mode does just as described.

Fantastic massage chair that was much better than even the pictures. You will need at least two well-built persons to haul it. Moving it up the stairs will require a bigger project. But its well worth it. The packaging was perfect. Arrived with not even a scratch. I wish the instruction for the remote connector was better. Took a while to gauge where to plug it in. Its under the seat near the front. But it does a great job of massaging every single part of your body. The intensity is just perfect and 4D provides a range of options that makes it a truly great buy. The hand massage and the shoulder massage are very effective. Just go for one. You will not regret it.

The chair is great! We have been using it nightly. Be aware that the foot bed is enclosed so it is a little tight on my husband’s size 10.5 feet. The description did say size 11 is the max.

I bought this char (Osaki Titan Rejuv) in August and it worked as advertised for about one month, then for unknown reasons the chair stopped doing some functions and the foot rest quit working all together. A repair person came to house and said it need a new PCB (brains) and a new foot rest PCB. It has now been shipped to me and the technician is scheduled to come on Dec 3 2024 to install it. Hopefully this resolves the problems I have experienced. While Tital has been responsive this whole process has taken about 4 months of lost functionality and use of the chair while at the same time my warrant continues to run out (1 yr labor and 2 yr parts). The chair looks nice and the quality seems to be there and hopefully once the PCB's are replaced, the chair will deliver the massages I bought it for.

This item arrived in a very large carton and the weight did require two people to safely handle and move it. The packaging was very well planned and executed with wood reinforced top and bottom panels and split Styrofoam side panel protection. The chair was easy to operate, but the manual does not completely describe how to gain access to some of the functions, but if you experiment you can find your way. Highly recommended product.
