Lovely item but disappointed with delivery
Lovely item however it was sent with just an address sticker on it instead of being hidden, it’s a Christmas present so it’s lucky it arrived when my daughter wasn’t home. Asked DPD to leave in a safe place but they left it on my doorstep in full view

Will create lots of fun
I ordered this as a gift but when it arrived it was not what I expected. It is just a building.

Lovely set
Lovely set, bought on offer for a little over £27 which made it excellent value!! Didnt take much putting together but comes in a large box. Item can be stored a lot smaller than the box though. You only and the buildings but can buy little shop sets seperatly. Has a working lift which my daughter loves as well as rotating entry doors.

Bought for my 8 year old granddaughter who thought this was brilliant.
I bought this for my granddaughter as there are so few department stores now in the UK. She loved it and has played with it a lot.

Very disappointed feel robbed
I'm really disappointed in this toy and can not believe that it is sold for so much money when it is actually so little I wouldn't mind if there was one figure with it and little furniture but no its con to buy more stuff had I realised I never would have purchased this toy but I don't have the heart to take it from my exceptionally greatful and polite 8 year old who is greatful that santa bought her this I shall not be asking her to spend her Christmas money so she can have stuff to fill this department store but I will say for the price that is being charged there should be at least a toy with it or a little furniture

Great black Friday deal
Bought this for my daughter on a black Friday deal so was really good value. No doubt it will be a hit on Christmas day like the rest of the sylvanians we have.

Dissatisfied
Was a bit disappointed as although you can move the parts around to change the appearance bits kept falling off when playing with it. Not as good as other ones I have bought for grandkids.

Meine Enkelin war hellauf begeistert, nachdem sie das Einkaufszentrum ausgepackt hatte. Sie und ihre Cousine funktionierten es gleich im ein Multifunktiosgwbäude um. Bestens geeignet, um jemand eine Freude zu bereiten.
