No; it seems as though Green Curry and Red Chili Paste questions got combined. Not spicy at all to me. I like spicy. To me this tastes like sweet and sour sauce with a little bit of spicy. It should say mild, I think. It's delicious and I keep running out of it.

how long is this good, in the fridge, after opened?

I buy the 6 pack and I have had a bottle in the fridge for a couple of months with absolute no issues. This stuff is really good on a wide variety of foods. Put it in your teriyaki marinade.....So good !!!

I didn’t get a pop from the jar when opening, is this normal?

Our Thai Kitchen Gluten Free Green Curry Paste, 4 oz. glass jar is heat sealed, not vacuum sealed. While there should be some resistance upon opening, there will not be an actual "pop". ~JM
