Q: Does it come with the insignia pin?

It's sewn in the shirt. It's not an actual pin that you can take on and off.

Q: If Im 6' and usually wear medium, should I get a small?

I'm 5'10" 180, I got the medium it was a little loose, but honestly as with most costumes I have purchased they tend to run a little big. Small would probably work in the chest area, arm length would be your only concern.

Q: Where can I buy the pants?

We sell the pants as well. They are just elastic band basic men’s black pants

Q: I am small female and wonder would the men's small be small enough?

My son (then aged 10) wore the mens small and it was still big on him. Prob would fit a small female better.
