Shoe Option
Really nice and optional for riding. Can either "clip" in or just wear standard tennis shoes. Have had people comment on them. They have not seen this before. Very nice!!

Great quality
These are the best single sided spd pedals I have. Got them for a bikepacking trip on the GDMBR and they performed great. Super solid with smooth predictable engagement and release. They are the size of a full size flat pedal,so recounting one steep climb on a loaded bike was non slip and hassle free. The open frame design is great for dirt and mud clearing as well. I'll be buying a set for my farbike for sure!

Great pedals
A good value for the money. SPD easy to lock in and pop out. Vibrant orange color with blue studs on one side. I would purchase again, but doubt it will be necessary.

Great Find!
Great peddles. Nice quality, easy to install, both sides are excellent. The studded side holds your shoe in place very well, the SPD clips are nice quality, much better then the peddles that came with the trike, and they look great!

Works well.
Installed easily. Clip tension adjustment works well and clips in and out with no issues.

Good pedals, nice and wide, difficult to unclip
Good pedals, perfect width for wider shoes, gravel bike, being used to a city bike. I tried narrower Shimanos before these and really messed up my tendons because of how narrow and close to the cranks they are. The only gripe I have about these is how hard it is to unclip compared to Shimano pedals, but maybe they'll break in over time.

Versatile Pedals!
Headline says it all. I've been switching between clips and flats for probably 3-4 years now. I like both for various reasons. Flats: I use them for wheelies, manuals, and riding with my son on the Mac-Ride (another awesome product btw...) so I can space my feet out a bit more for my knees. Easy to bail out of and sometimes nice for technical terrain or wet conditions. Also nice for casual riding. Clips: I use them for aggressive downhill trails and jump lines, bike park trails, flow trails, etc. So that lead me to these pedals - do they work? Well, off the bat I found it quite difficult to clip into them with my Five Ten District Clip shoes. I couldn't get the SPD cleat do engage often, had to look down and put a lot of force into it... But there was an issue, the cleat was not protruding enough to engage with the Mambas clip mechanism. So I added a Shimano 1mm cleat spacer - and that was it! Now I can clip in much better, with muscle memory (not looking down). I also added a bit more tension to the SPD spring than the Mambas came with, as I like a distinctive click and retention. Another thing about these pedals is that they don't spin free much - which is a huge plus and I'll tell you why. When you're in flat mode, and want clips fairly quickly (like after getting started on a trail but have nothing to stabilize you initially) - you can lift your right (or left) foot off the flat pedal, do a half crank of the pedals (180 deg), and the SPD clip mechanism will then be facing up! This is REALLY NICE for this style of a pedal, as otherwise you'd have to fiddle with flipping the pedal over, looking down when you're straddling rocks on a climb and trying not to fall over at the same time. Now that I know it doesn't spin coming around, I can confidently put my right foot down to clip, once my left foot is all the way at the bottom crank stroke. Most of the time this is without looking down - one of the huge selling points of double sided SPD pedals... I will note, the pins are not super aggressive, not like pins on other flat pedals. This is a plus and minus, but mostly a plus. Don’t worry, they’ll still take chunks of skin off your leg if you’re not careful. With the clips as the ultimate positive retention, I don’t really need the longer pins (aka grub screws). And again the pins are better for casual shoes, if that’s at all a concern (not usually for mtb). Anyway - lots of detail here - my point is that I love these pedals right now. For me they are most definitely the best of both worlds. And they have a color choice to boot. Silver is sharp!

Great for both clipped in and flat shoe use
These are great pedals for the way my wife and I use them! Used on our MTB bikes for hilly MTB trails to the intermediate level, gravel roads and hard surfaces. They provide versatility and good performance for all of those. SPD side is very easy to clip in to and clip out of. The clip out adjustment works well for any tension I would want. Clip in is outstanding, on par with the best SPD pedals I've used and I've owned or used a lot on my bikes, rentals and in spin classes, including many that were genuine Shimano. The large platform on the SPD side makes clip in particularly non-fussy, put my foot down and it just seems to find the right spot.

Bardzo solidne, rzucające się w oczy pedały. Pasują bez problemu blocki z Shimano. Polecam!

They don’t have the same household name as something like Race Face, Chromag, Burgtec, HT components, crank brothers or shimano’s more expensive offerings, but these pedals are so good I have repeat bought them. I won’t look elsewhere! It’s quite expensive for a not well-known name, and you would be correct in scepticism, but these hold up as the best pedals I’ve ever ridden. For a background I ride everything from XC, road but mostly trail and sometimes enduro. Mainly a blue/red rider with occasional blacks depending on confidence. (What I would consider an average rider) They have quite a square shape, but they hold clipless shoes in really well. Even in muddy conditions the pins are the perfect size, you aren’t going to be crying too bad when you mash the pins into your shin…. I’ve bought the one sided option, which even on the clipless side holds you in place really well, with many pins and a grippy pedal, with the right clipless shoe rubber, you’re locked in really nice. Previously when riding I used to have in the back of my mind ‘where is the position of my pedal’ - not anymore. If you feel really sketchy on a trail it’s easy to bail out, even locked in. I’ve ridden a few clipless offerings trying to find a Goldilocks pedal, and these are as close as it gets. The only downside after a few thousand kilometres use they need servicing so that the clip on my left side stays in a weird position up, but that’s fully understandable and five stars are fully deserved. I’m a size 44 in MTB/Road shoes, I own both sizes and run the smaller pedal size on my enduro bike and the larger on my trail bike. The smaller feels quite locked in, and I’m not at all worried about pedal strike or pedal contact with the elements in these, so to minimalist risk prefer smaller pedals on enduro. Trail bike I prefer the larger pedals as I’m not ramming it around and they are more for silly jumps on a trail hardtail, offering a nice platform in case things go south. Chapeau FUNN!
