I'm not sure. I'm still working with it. Not enough gluten . I think it needs to be mixed with a higher gluten flour. I used alone and the texture was crumbly

first of all, the price and quality is SO GOOD! I started baking bread about a year ago, & I’ve tried many different flours but this is our favorite! We have also used it in many other recipes and love it!

Good flour. good flavor. Not genetically modified with chemicals or gene editing. Kind of expensive.

This flour bakes up beautifully and the flavor is delicious! And I love that it doesn't have all the pesticides or additives in it that most flours do. I will definitely be buying this again!
