Single jar Water bath canning
The media could not be loaded. Perfect. I do small batch water bath canning and hate filling a large pot to do one or two jars. Most large soup pots are not tall enough to do a quart size jar. So I have to bring out a ginormous huge pot to water bath can quart jars. This pot is perfect for one quart jar or one pint jar or a 1/4 pint and 1/2 pint together and bonus I can make asparagus or boil pastaLove this little pot.

Great cooking pot. Fits asparagus/broccoli, AND works wells as deep fryer when cooking for only 1 or 2.I like that the strainer has an easy to grab lifting handle-makes a big difference when dealing with steam or oil.

Well made pot with the shortcoming I noted in comments.
Pot needs to be 1” taller to fit asparagus spears. Need to cut that length off for the lid to fit correctly.
