works for about 6 hours, which is good, do not drink any water after taking it as it makes it more effective. easy to use and taste is strong but Ok. You do need a break from it for a few weeks as it becomes less effective if used constantly.

I wanted to try this as my husband keeps waking me up, saying I'm snoring, he didn't do that last night, so I'd say that it works, at least. I felt more rested, since he hadn't been waking me up all the time, so that's good, but it tastes awful! It tastes like I'd imagine tea tree to taste from the smell of it, not that I've ever tasted neat tea tree oil, it's just the only thing I can think of to say how horrible it tastes. It has left me with an awful after-taste that I can't get rid of, either, even after eating and cleaning my teeth. I also suffer from burning tongue syndrome, and my tongue has been really sore since using this spray. The instructions say to use 2-3 sprays to the back of your throat, but I think I will wait until everything has settled down and try it with just one spray, so you may have to play it by ear, I think. At least it seems to work.
