Better for you and taste good.
They say this is better for you than the salt we have used for years. It has minerals that our body needs. I watched a special on it where it was explained. I will keep using this or Himalayan pink salt. Either one of these are better for us than the white salt. So no more buying white salt.

I love this salt! I got the course salt and love dissolving a few pieces on my tongue before drinking water. I got Himalayan salts in the past but found that some of the pieces were rock-like, not salt at all. Very pleased with this purchase and will definitely buy again!
