Q: Has this been tested for heavy metals?

Our bone broth is manufactured under the full-time supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set out strict tolerances for heavy metals. These government controls along with the production facilities Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program ensures our products are safe, wholesome and meet all government guidelines including those for heavy metals.

Q: Is this product low fodmap? Does it contain garlic or onion?

It contains nothing but the broth. No salt. No sugar. I add my own flavoring.

Q: Does this powder dissolve easily? I've ordered bulk bone broths that I can hardly use because they don't dissolve in water...

Hello, thank you for your question. Admittedly, bone broth is takes a little bit of time to dissolve in water. We find the best way to use our bone broth is to boil water, pour it into a cup and let it sit for about a minute then add one of our pouches. It takes about one minute of stirring to completely dissolve the powder broth using this method so be patient.
