Unfortunately for me this cushion didn’t work. The two sections at the back feel very hard and sit up higher than the rest of the cushion, and they press exactly into the area in my buttock that accelerates the severe sciatic pain that travels down my leg. Shame, as I had such high hopes after reading some of good reviews.
