GE Black Braided 3 Outlet 8 Ft Extension Cord

I’ve purchased this three times for different uses. It has the right amount of outlets and I find it to be a great value. The cord length is appropriate and it’s supple enough to coil as needed which makes using it very easy. The outlets all work great and I’ve used it to clean up my work room and make it much more organized. Very happy with the purchase.

The build quality is good, sturdy braided cable, with a flat plug, and three well-spaced outlets. It’s perfect for tight spaces. One thing to note: when the box says “1 foot,” that’s the total length, including the flat plug section. The actual cord itself is shorter than you might expect. I’ve added a picture of the box to make this clear for anyone considering it. Also, the flat plug is designed so the cord comes down at a 45 degree angle from the wall outlet. That might be a problem if you have bulky connections. (see my photos). Overall, I’m giving it 4/5 because it’s well-made and does what it’s designed to do. I’m just not sure I’ll keep it for my current setup since the downward orientation blocks a larger connection I have. But is was such a good deal for the price so it may work perfectly in another spot!

First, I don’t understand people leaving bad reviews for what is clearly their own fault for NOT reading the description. This short corded power bar is excellent and is exactly what is advertised. Anyway, I use mine in the bathroom to plug two electric toothbrushes and a shaver in without the mess at the outlet. I added my own 2 sided foam to the back to attach it to the wall. Works perfectly. Very satisfied. Read the description people, there’s even a diagram with dimensions!

Heavy duty, quality and so useful with the extra plugs. Used almost every day for many hours with an over 1800W iron. The flat plug was one of the main features i needed as it's in a cramped room behind a work top that needed to be pushed up against a wall.

The power cord length is only 6 inches so this power strip is not intended to be used in situations where you need 1-3 length extension cord. It will not work well behind furniture for example. These power strip is perfect to use behind wall mounted TVs. The angled plug allow you to still keep the TV mounted close to the wall. This power strip also works to extend outlets on a power bar. Again the angled plug still allows you to use all the other outlets on your power strip. Another great application for the power strip is traveling. The compact size is perfect to carry in your backpack, laptop bag or suitcase. For $8.79 this GE Pro Mini Power strip is a reasonably priced and a great problem solver for specific niche applications. Keep in mind the cord length on this power strip is only 6 inches .... if you need a longer cord length there are other options ... Il adéquatement le travail pour lequel il est désigné :)) Si votre prise est carrée, assurez-vous de la façon dont le fil quitte la prise. Je n'ai pas fait attention et le fil était dirigé vers le haut. Alors, il a fallu que je vire la plaque murale à l'envers pour que le fil soit dirigé vers le bas.
