Very happy with it, I find it very important to be able to breath through my mouth if in need or even to say something to my husband before I fall asleep.My nights became calmer, I even need to pee during the night only once as my sleep became deeper.

This is the second time I have bought these. The first time I would have given it 5* as I thought they were very good.Sadly on my second purchase the stickiness is very harsh and it was quite painful to remove leaving a sore red patch on my face.

This exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable, and didn't irritate my skin as I expected. It's not so constricting so you can still talk and you are still able to keep your mouth open a little bit however my mouth is not near enough as dry in the mornings. It's apparently helped me stop snoring too. If you feel like you need a nasal spray just make sure it's not addictive. I fell asleep without it once and woke up with a new appreciation for it.

This sticks to your face and is the best mouth tape I have used - BUT designed for beards? Definitely not.The pain of taking it off every morning and ripping beard hairs out is unbearable. Stuck with it for a week and then checked myself on what on earth I was actually doing.

This is an excellent product. The quality of my sleep has improved as a result of using these and I wake up feeling more refreshed. They are easy to put on and take off. One thing I particularly like about them is that I can still open my mouth a bit - the tape doesn't actually come into contact with your lips.The only negative is the adhesive. Some packs I've received are quite sticky and leave a residue that requires something like Vaseline or make up remover, soap and water are not enough. If the manufacturer could get the adhesive right, this would be a 5 star product. However, saying that - I wouldn't be without these as I sleep so much better.

Recommended by a medical professional who gave me some to try and said for my face shape I needed this size.

Upon opening the packet, all of the stickers were the same. Part of getting my daughter to agree to wear these involves letting her choose the design for the night. I’m also finding that these ones don’t stick as well as they used to.
