Great little treadmill very portable and nice to use. I use it every day

We ordered this back in March and for the time we had it it worked really well. It was easy to set up, the directions were easy to understand. It had 2 levels of incline which you had to adjust by switching out the legs. The highest incline really wasn’t all that good. Wish it would have been higher but it was overall still a good machine and the price was good. It was also easy to store when not in use. It had various speeds and you could run on it but not for high impact running. We used it for speed walking. We used it everyday for 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening and it worked really well. Sadly we began to have motor issues 4 months after purchase. The motor burned out and after following the instructions on how to trouble shoot with no success we reached out to the company. I am giving this 5 stars because of the customer service. Although we were very disappointed on how quickly the treadmill died being only 4 months old we truly appreciated how quickly customer service for this company helped us and compensated us. They reimbursed us almost the entire amount for the machine and we did not have to send it back. The machine will go to the garbage since it does not work and we don’t. Know how to replace a motor but the fact they were so fast to reply to my email and to rectify the problem was so appreciated. Thank you to the company and their employee Vivian for all their help.

I really enjoyed this walking pad . I did have some minor issues a year later . I did have the 2 year extended warranty and I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately and took care of the issue right away. Great customer service ! Will continue to buy Wellfit products. I highly recommend .

I like it. It's waaaaay smaller than a treadmill which is nice. It's true that it maxes out at 3.8mph, but I'm not using it to run. Easy to use, easy to get operational (and I'm an almost 70yo female).

The perfect home walking treadmill. Easy to assemble the feet. Not as convenient to switch them around for the incline as you have to do this part manually (flip it over and remove current feet to add incline levels). Took a little bit to get use to the size and adjust my stride. I have a longer stride, but once I was use to it - I am able to walk my normal stride. I’ve been using it just about daily and have not had any issues.
