I wanted something that would be comfortable to hold, would have a band IN THE MIDDLE, so that I can switch my arms ( left and right), and feel equally comfortable. The cases that have the "wake-up" magnet, are not comfortable to hold, usually... this one secures nicely with a rubber strap, so that I am not worried that it will slip, and I would drop it. Also, I know that it will stay shut while in my bag or purse, while I create a "tornado " inside while looking for my keys or wallet. It also is relatively light, so doesn't add much weight.

The media could not be loaded. I think I found the almost perfect case for only $10 and the best part is My mini is safe and protected and no fear of the screen getting scratched. The only loss is not being able to show my stickers ( I know I can always stick them on the case but I got commitment issues) I definitely recommend this case. And it got here sooner than expected, FAST DELIVERY

Was disappointed in this, the “stand” kept slipping and the hand strap wasn’t very functional. Ended up returning.

I really like this kindle case. It is very lightweight & love the straps, making it easier to hold.
