NEW EZ Pizza Peel 12 V3 (actual size 11.89") - Professional self-launching pizza peel - Sliding Peel (Also available 14", 16" and 20")

Having used the cheap ($30) versions, there is no comparison. This is a high quality item that is very well designed and will last a long time. Nothing even thinks about sticking to the cloth material. The peel works flawlessly once you know the technique, which took me a second time to master. I probably should have played around with an empty crust and a cold pizza oven to get the hang of it. It's also super easy to clean up. Basically just wipe it down. My only concern is that the cloth starting fraying a good bit from the beginning. I'm making 12" pizzas on the 16" version, so it will likely not be an issue, but it would seem that there is something in the way of edging that could be done. The picture is a close up of a few inches, but the fraying is down the full length on both sides. UPDATE: The manufacturer reached out and sent a replacement mat, which was very much appreciated. It's a first rate product with no equal and they stand behind it. After leaving the first review, I bought a second one to make a family function go smoother. I couldn't be happier with it, and I have used it every week for over 7 months.

I own both the super peel and this one (ez peel)... Though the super peel works very well-- this one just works that much better.. The material the slider is made out of makes it so nothing sticks and it doesnt seem to get dirty at all.... As for heat resistant--- i placed my first few pizza in the oven and took my time taking the peel out.. I figured it needs to either melt--- or work... It worked great... Zero burn marks or any marks for that matter.. The slider slides smoothhhhhh... (can you tell i am really happy with this?)... The first one i ordered showed up broken(thanks ups)... I reached out to the ez-peel website thinking --- "oh gosh here we go-- into the abyss of "send the first one back-- we will look and maybe send you a replacement""... This did NOT happen at all.. Frank the owner replied IMMEDIATELY .. Apologized even though it wasn't his fault and had the replacement in the mail within a hour!!!!!!!! This is the best conveyor belt style pizza peel out on the market and if I break it or for any reason need to replace it-- i will 100%.. For people new to conveyor belt style pizza peels... The secret is to hold the knob on the slider and push the base under the pizza dough... The way the conveyor belt rools onto the peel-- it slides right under the wet sticky pizza dough-- bringing the dough up onto the top of the peel... Once you get it-- you're golden no matter how wet or sticky your dough is... Over all--- i give this 5 stars, 2 high fives and 3 attaboys to this product..

Peel material loses threads from the edge and gets in your pizza. Does not work well at all. Pulls pizza apart. Too late to return so it went in the trash after the first use.

With a little getting used to, this is awesome. Great quality and I have yet to mess up a transfer or “toss” into my Ooni Koda 16! Perfect fit. It gets a little dark from the heat and soot, but no biggie. I also turn burner off when I put pizza in. If stone is up to temp, I leave it off for a few minutes to cook crust. This also saves me fro the worry that I’ll burn the peel!

I love this 14 inch pizza peel and it fits into my Ooni oven perfectly! There was a slight issue upon delivery so I contacted them and they replied back within hours and rectified the problem. I can’t say enough about how good their Customer Service is. The peel is very easy to use as you hold the handle and use your other hand to manipulate the tray part of the slide. The pizza lands perfectly on the stone. You can even build the pizza on top of the Teflon material that the slide is made out of..

This works great. The typical launch peel with high hydration dough or many toppings had always been a gamble, some worked others a total mess / frustration. This has worked on every type of crust regardless of toppings. No sticking, perfect launch every time. Sure the edge of the fabric may get some fraying, but it does not affect how the peel works. Very easy to use. Purchased the 16 as it gives extra room for a 12 inch or bigger.

The best peel made works flawlessly once you get the technique down. Sell took good care of me on a peel issue Resolved in a few days would recommend this seller anytime.

Great product. Takes a couple times to get the technique down so the pizza comes off in its round shape. Product came with a damaged part, contacted the company and they shipped out the new part that day and made it right. Highly recommend.

Knob missing from box, contacted manufacturer and they are sending out missing item

I have used this product 3 times and it is starting to tear from the edges. Would I buy it again not bloody likely.

This item works great, so easy to slide the pizza into the oven. Also works great for baking bread

I do pizza pop-ups in breweries and bake between 75 - 100 pizzas every week. I bought this peel to reduce the amount of semolina/flour I introduce in the oven when launching the pizzas, which creates a lot of smoke. I have used it for a month now, so probably baked close to 400 pizzas with it. The peel is expensive, but thus far as proven to be very durable, and it works beautifully. It does get a bit of practice to get used to, but it's like everything else. You can get cheap, $25.00 versions of it, but I would stay away from these knock-offs. I highly reccomend this peel if you're baking inside and want to reduce smoke or if you're having a hard time learning to use a regular peel.

I tried the cheaper pizza peels, but the EZ Peel is the best. Works really well, and the quality will ensure that it stands the test of time.
