This product does what is required. Excellent tea. Has a nice flavor as well.

Love this tea for when I feel any cold symptoms coming on, or just for any time as it has a very pleasing taste.

It is so much easier drinking Smooth Move tea to help move things along rather than pills. It is much much more gentle than some of the more harsh teas. I highly recommend Smooth Move.

I used this starting at 35 weeks pregnant to help move things along. The taste itself wasn’t too bad however I made a mock tail out of it to enjoy drinking it. Mixing the tea with pineapple juice and honey was delightful. I started drinking 1-2 cups a day until 36-37 weeks when I would have 3-4. At my 37 week check up I was dilated to a 4 and this was only my first child. Will definitely be repurchasing for the following pregnancies

I love this tea it clears my throat of phlegm that I get because of the blowing gas furnace in the winter months.
