This product came in 2 boxes. The fireplace came damage. I contacted Amazon who sent a request to the vendor to send me a new one. The vendor contacted me right away and make sure for me not to worry and that a new one will be sent out. Within a couple of days I receive the replacement. And the vendor wants to make sure that the new one is damage free. After we put it together. I am so happy how it turn out. The LED light looks so makes it more elegant look. All in all very happy and satisfied with the purchase.

It’s not worth it they charged me $435 including shipping and it’s not worth it at all , the material is cheap and not worth it and it the parts was broken.Didn’t expect to be broken
