propolis is good for allergies. It works wonders in addition with cetrizine. Comes in capsule form, easy to swallow. No strong aftertaste but you can taste the capsule casing.

Seems to have helped with a tick bite
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought this for my wife after a tick bite. Used with another propolis ointment product, and it really seemed to help with the itching and burning of the bulls eye trademark of a tick bite.

Not as good as the powdered formula from another brand
I started taking powdered Bee Propolis not expecting any noticeable difference. However all of my intestinal troubles went away. I bought these pills as I will be traveling over seas and didn't want the hassle of mixing powders while away. I gave these 1 month and all of my intestinal problems have returned. Bummer b/c the price point and ease of 1 pill per day was great.
