UpdateA replacement was sent, which was professionally packaged as expected. Thank you for your prompt action!This is my second time ordering this product because it was very good to my hair. However, the bottle delivered a moment ago was opened and half the product was gone. As such, I need to know how to return it for a refund. The other two products received in same box in tact. Just this item's seal was broken and half the cream left in the bottle
