I was very surprised that it actually held some urine inside. The fit was great. If anything a tiny bit larger than expected but still great. Nobody would ever notice it's a diaper cover so your safe wearing that as your swimwear. Yet it's small enough to easily fit under a swimsuit.

Size is way smaller than it should be. I order extra large all the time but this would need to be extra extra large

This swim diaper works great for my special needs son. I don't have to worry about trying to find a disposable swim diaper to fit him and this keeps everything in if he would have an accident in the pool.

- I ordered this for my mom and this diaper works very well. I would say it is true to size. It has an adjustable waist drawstring but it seems to stay put well even without using this drawstring. There is no leakage. The sealing on the legs and waist seem effective. I also appreciate that this waterproof diaper is noise free so it is pretty discreet. The material feels soft and my mom says it is comfortable on the skin. Overall this is a good quality diaper if you are looking for one.

These are watertight so they fit very snugly around the legs and waist so something to keep in mind. They cover my clients diaper and inner pad no problem. Feels like good quality material and strong stitching. He was able to wear for hours with no problems or complaints of discomfort. Hand washed after use to keep it nice.
