Simply, I have been taking Triflex for years. It keeps my knees stable from all the years of sports-related stress and injury. But the fast acting is not as effective for me as the original. The felt effect of the standard may take a few days to become effective, but once you are at that dosage, I don't feel the knee joint issues or pain. I recommend buying the original.
