New Balance Women's Aluminum Toe Evolve Industrial Shoe

I have tried so many shoes in my life being a bartender and server for decades. I have never had shoes as comfortable as this. Just wore to Vegas for 4 days with an average of 15,000-20,000 steps a day and my feet and body in general did NOT HURT ONCE and I am 47 years old!

I love these shoes. Very light. Very comfortable. Slip resistance. Good support. Wide as they should be, order as wide as you need. Size is made correct. Super comfortable to wear all day.

As far as work shoes go these are some of the best I’ve gotten.These are different from the ones I usually get, but I don’t think New Balance makes that type anymore.They have been a great new choice for me. They are just as comfortable (as far as work shoes go) as the pairs I used to get from the company.The toe box has plenty of room, especially compared to some other brands, and they are quite resilient against everyday wear. If you aren’t needing the ESD aspects of the shoe they can easily last a few years of everyday wear even off the worksite. If you are wanting longer life for the ESD aspect, then baby them and just wear them at work only. I got them specifically for the hard toe. They are also easy to clean up if the outside gets dirty.I love that there is some color to them, but it’s not brightly overwhelming. It’s a great shoe if you like darker colors.

Too small, insole was horrible, couldn't wear them for more than 20 minutes. Looks like a solid shoe but not for this girl.

Received shoes 5/27/25....I only wear them to work at FedEx. The material over the steel toe portion is tearing. I can see the steel. Disappointed.

Strong shoe, great for work to protect your foot. A little heavy but soft on the inside

I've always worn New Balance shoes ever since I started my job, which was 6 years ago. I didn't even know New Balance makes an industrial shoe, so I snatched a pair up!I'm always on my feet at work. There's also a lot of things around to hit my feet on too. I also deal with a lot of pallets and lack of room to get around. My feet eventually will hit something. With sneakers, the pain of hitting something hurt. Not with these shoes! Something lands on my feet or I hit something while I'm walking. I just laugh because I have these shoes! No pain!They are also comfortable. I was worried about using these on my first night. It was unwarranted though. They didn't hurt my feet or my toes. I usually wear an 8.5 wide and it was perfect.Fun shoes! Will recommend to anyone!
