Good quality

I have been using this and a Berberine drops to help with my sugar addiction and over consumption of foods. I can tell a difference when I ran out and waited 2-3 weeks before replacing them. This makes sweets taste so bitter if sweets re eaten immediately after I take these drops. Give it a try. And let us know what you think. This is my 3rd bottle.

I bought the extract because I thought it might reduce my craving for chocolate. I followed the directions on the package and took a dropperful in a glass of water. Then I waited 10 minutes and tasted a chocolate bar. It was rich and sweet, and I gobbled the rest of it down. The next day I tried adding a dropperful directly to my tongue. Waited 10 minutes and tasted another chocolate bar. Same sweet taste and same result. Maybe it works for others but not for me. However, I did find an old box of Buddha gymnema tea bags in my cupboard. I brewed a 2-cup mug of hot water with a teabag, waited awhile and tasted another chocolate bar. It tasted more like chalk than chocolate! Success!!

I take this 3 times a day per instructions and after 10 days I can tell a difference in my fat belly it is shrinking. You can barely taste it in 2oz water which is not bad, kind of sweet.

This may be a great product, but, it arrived with a broken glass dropper, which means there is glass in the product. Amazon says this product is not eligible for return, but nowhere on the websites page does it say that, and even on the orders page it says it is eligible to be returned within the 30 day window. No way to contact seller and Amazon won't even start the return process let alone accept a return on this product, but won't say why.
