EDIT: to add that I found one small design flaw while in use: the individual cases do not have separate lids for the AM side and PM side. Therefore, when I have them packed with pills, in the morning I have to hold my hand over the PM side to ensure I don't dump out any of those when I'm dumping out the AM ones. It's a minor inconvenience but an oversight nonetheless. Doesn't diminish how well I think this organizer works though.I take tons of supplements and I take different ones in the morning and evening. I have found it so difficult to find a pill organizer that 1) is large enough to hold all my daily supplements; 2) accommodates multiple days worth; and 3) separates the morning pills from the evening ones. But happily, this organizer does all three!The unit is made of a really good quality plastic and feels very sturdy. The clear top opens while staying attached to one end, making closing it simple-- you just shut it without having to fiddle with getting the top and bottom to line up. The cases are separated into days of the week and easily open but close tight enough that you won't have to worry about your pills falling out in the box. Each individual pill case has two sides-- one for morning and one for evening, taking all the guess work out of taking your pills. And they are generously sized, ensuring that a lot of pills of varying sizes will fit.You can use this case at home, loading it with all your pills for the week, and it's attractive and sleek enough to leave on the counter or a nightstand. You can also travel with it. And if you're just going away for a few days, you can take a few of the days out and leave the box at home. I love that about it because if I'm going away for the weekend, I don't generally want to pack a large pill case. The only issue that would arise is if you're going away for longer than a week, but if you take 7 or less pills at night and 7 or less in the morning, you could just organize your pills by morning and evening, ignoring the days and putting all like ones together.Overall, this pill case was such a welcome surprise. I've bought so many disappointing cases that aren't made well and don't work well for my needs. So to order one that is so perfect in every way makes me stupid happy.

I really like this pill minder, it has nice colors, I don't feel like I am going to lose any pieces, and I like how it has a divider for both Am and Pm meds to be in the same container. My only qualm is that it doesn't have separate compartments for AM and PM because you will have to make sure you are paying attention to which meds you are grabbing (I made an absentminded mistake because of this and took my PM meds instead of my AM meds).I also travel a lot, and this container makes it easy to take as many meds as I need to bring instead of the whole week or a bunch of bottles.I have gone through a lot of pill minders, and this one is by far my favorite.

This is an excellent set for a week-long vacation or for daily use. It is all encapsulated so if you drop this thing the pill cases inside will not pop out or open so easily. The cover lifts up and stays on a hinge so there is no misplacing this piece or losing it. The small capsules pull out super easily, there is no tugging or clicking it in and out so those who have limited mobility and are arthritic can use this with minimal effort. There is a click clasp on the capsules so that they do not come undone while placing them in or taking them out. This is the only part that if anyone has trouble and is very weak, to open but I find them pretty easy to open by using my fingernail slid under the edge but you could use a letter opener or a dull knife such as a butter knife if one needs a tool due to arthritis. I do not think that will be necessary though. They are clearly labeled by days of the week, but you can use them in any color order as you wish and disregard the days labeled. If you are OCD and need them to be in rainbow order, you could do so, with or without removing the labels with nail polish remover. The top of the lids are what matter the most, so you know if you have taken your AM and PM meds at the right time. And then using them left to right or right to left for the week. This is quite a lovely setup, for daily pill-takers and vitamin-takers. There is a large capacity to hold a variety of sizes and types of pills. This would make a nice gift for someone who was recently diagnosed with any disease or mental health issues and needs to take medicines daily to help remind them to take them twice a day.

This isn't the best for a traveler, though it would work for someone who is out late. Each daily pack has an AM and PM section, though the divider is removable. The pill pack is useful for carrying with you for a day trip or something, but the base is rather bulky and space inefficient for traveling.

This pill box is very secure, it is not likely to open if bumped or dropped. But it is BIG! I know the listing says it is for travel, but it seems pretty big for travel to me. It definitely isn't going to open in your suitcase and spill pills everywhere, but I have seen smaller ones that can do the same. A couple unique features of this pill box: 1) The individual day cases inside the main case are spaced out which makes them easier to remove one at a time; 2) The individual day cases have a removable divider that can easily be removed to make it a once a day case, instead of twice a day. But there are two issues that make this 4 stars to me: 1) The large size, as already mentioned. It's too big for my personal preference, but others may like it's size; 2) The daily cases only have one lid, not separate lids for day and night pills, so the ones you are not taking yet could spill out. Overall, this is a nice case, just on the big size.
