What is the difference between gold label and blue label?

The ingredients. I have very fine thinning hair I tried the gold first I found it alittle to harsh and then the blue it was okay but I still had same amount of hair lost. I switched to Nioxin for very thinning hair. I worked my way up to all the products available in their line, I'm extremely satisfied. (Since 07/20) I've used a lot of shampoos and conditioners with no hope I sight. Nioxin seems to be the answer, my hair feels so much healthier and a lot less hair loss.

"Advanced Therapy" version was very drying for me. Anyone know if gold label or blue label are more moisturizing?

I am 2 weeks into using the Purad'or Hair Thining Therapy Shampoo and Energizing scalp serum (Blue Label.) I am 6 weeks into massive post covid finger full hair loss and diagnosed with Telogen Effluvium. I have naturally curly hair that was very thick and coarse, shampooed every day, using a blow dryer and flat iron to style. I have always invested in good plant based products for my hair. My hair had become very brittle and limp in this shedding stage and my usual products dulled my hair. The hair loss is very hard to accept as all of you know. I stumbled on to the Purad'or Product at my local Meijer Store. Purchased it and I am blown away by the results. Full body has returned and my hair feels and looks healthier. I have lost 1/4 of my hair and may lose 2/3 to 70 %. The shedding has slowed a little bit. I began to research and had no idea of the many varieties in the Purad'or Product Line. The wide variety is very confusing and selection would be very difficult. My store only carried the blue label I purchased and I appreciate all the reviews and experiences all have shared. My experience with the blue label Hair Thinning Therapy Shampoo has been so far so very good. My biggest plus is the volume and shine. I notice my hair strands are less limp and dull. Another big plus is the product is safe for color treated hair. My husband has started to use the product as well and his results are similar.
