Best Thing Ever
I love these things. All shapes and sizes. I melt butter in them for pancakes. It does not damage them at all. In fact I have been using the same four silicone baking cups to melt butter in (using the microwave) for over a year, and they look just the same as when I bought them.***Recently I needed a way to serve small portions of deviled eggs. I live alone and don't always want to make 12 or 24 deviled eggs. I searched far and wide for a deviled egg plate that would hold only 4 or 6 deviled eggs. Apparently it doesn't exist. After trying out a few other options that didn't work, I settled on placing one deviled egg into a small silicone baking cup. Each half egg sits perfectly in the cup, it doesn't slide around, and the cup itself doesn't slide around on the plate. Now I can make myself only as many deviled eggs as i want and serve them to myself anywhere in the house.***I also use these for condiments. Ketchup for french fries, soy sauce for egg rolls and sushi, etc, etc etc. These are one of the greatest inventions in the world. You are only limited by your imagination.***They are also great for cupcakes, small pies, serving individual portions of salsa or dip. Baked dips are perfect in these things. You can bake as many individual portions as you think you need and people don't have to worry about double dipping. Everyone has their own!***Honestly, if you haven't tried these you really should.

Great for Bento Boxes
I used these to help me make my kids lunches. I make homemade lunchables with crackers, cheese, and meat. But they are also great for holding fruits, nuts, and treats.

As expected, mostly
I bought these to use in my 1-year-old's lunch when he goes to a sitter. They're about what I expected. From reading the other reviews, I expected the rectangular ones to be small, and they are. They hold the same amount as the round ones, but since they're both supposed to be cupcake baking cups, I guess that's to be expected. I wanted round, square and rectangular ones for different types of food, but this set seemed to be the best for the money, so I settled on these. Truthfully, I don't think getting square ones, too, would have made much of a difference. They're flexible, so the round ones just turn into squares when you squeeze several of them into a single container, anyway. But I digress. They work for my purposes. I doubt I'll ever use them as muffin/cupcake cups. I had been using a lot of sandwich- and snack-sized bags to portion out my son's lunch, since i tend to send small quantities of several different foods with him. the bags seemed wasteful when I was only putting a handful of cheese cubes or a few crackers into each. These little cups work very well. My only minor complaint is that sometimes they make the portions a little small, so in those instances, I just don't use one and instead put the "main course" section of his meal directly into the lunch container, and put the rest of his lunch into these containers around it.For an older child, the portions these cups provide may be small -- I'll have to see how it goes as he gets older. He's a really good eater at the moment, though, so my perception may be skewed.

Great lunchbox addition!
These colorful cups are a must have for anyone making school lunches! We use them daily in our kids’ lunches to add in nuts, dips, chips, etc.—basically anything small that doesn’t need a full compartment in their bento boxes. These cups hold up well. We use and wash them multiple times a week, and they look new after months of use. These are also great for baking cupcakes or muffins, and we’ve used them to organize dips and dressings for charcuterie trays.

Handy food forms
I put the forms on a toaster oven pan, filled with muffin batter and baked. They unmolded wonderfully with no bits of muffin stuck in the forms, unlike the mess that is left in paper muffin/cupcake molds. Swish in soapy water cleans them right up. I am pleased. No need to mess with muffin pans that are bulky and hard to clean. My next project might be individual bread loafs or rolls.

Great Value!
I use these to section off things in lunch containers for the whole family! In the car, instead getting distracted handing my son things one by one, or giving him the big container and worrying if he'll dump the whole thing, I can hand him snacks in this, and he'll be occupied enjoying his food. I also use them for baking, they are so easy and nonstick. People were complaining about discoloration, but the instructions do say that if you're using oils to wash it right after. I would soak them if you can't was right away. All in all I love them, cheap them buying bento boxes and so much more versatile!

Nice but too small for what I needed
I love these silicone baking cups but these were smaller and didn’t fill my muffin tins or rectangular baking pan. My daughter uses them inside lidded storage containers when making her children’s lunches. They would probably work for that - to hold, raisins, pretzels, crackers, cheese chunks, grapes, etc. for young kids lunches. They would also hold small beads or fasteners when crafting. So they are useful, just don’t expect them to fit larger muffin tins.
