Mystic Monk Coffee: Cowboy Blend Whole Bean (Medium Roast 100% Arabica) - 12 ounce bag

The Monk coffee arrived quickly & packaged with care. I have had this coffee before & it is delicious! Also well worth the price! I highly recommend the cowboy brew as well!!!

Appearance and aroma of beans: Opening the bag is a wonderful introduction. Nice, rich, nutty-chocolate. No oils seeping through to the surface and getting stale and yucky. Just want to huff on that bag when it is empty! Flavor: Glorious! Exactly what the beans promise. Tips: I keep the beans in a Bodum airtight glass canister. They go from there to my trusty, very old KitchenAid coffee mill. Set the grind around 6. When milling, I do a slow count for the number of cups I want. Perfect taste. Tastes like wonderful fresh coffee should taste. Coffee Heaven. Bless those monks!

A great medium blend for those who like to have more than a single cup of coffee. Nice aroma and smooth drinkable coffee without bitterness or after taste. I've been drinking it exclusively for about a year now, and highly recommend it to everyone.

The flavor was not as rich as I expected. Too plain.

A bit too earthy. Mystic Monks have some good coffee, but this one definitely is Not my favorite. It's still caffeinated though so I'll blend it with another type until it's gone.

This coffee is very smooth and is excellent in taste and quality. It does not give me caffeine jitters, but rather gives me sustained energy to get me through the morning in the office. I also gave this coffee as a gift and the response has been that it is "heavenly!"

This is a great coffee! It's extremely smooth. Almost no bite at all. It's the type of coffee that makes you realize how bad folgers really is. If you prefer a little "bite" to your coffee, you can grind this one a little finer, use less water, or let it brew for a bit longer in your french press. Highly recommended.
