I did not believe it would work. After 5 heart attacks, 5 Surgery and 76 years of living I did not think anything would help my thinking and speaking. I have always had a great memory and a smooth talking speed but life took its toll. After 3 day of one cup a day all my thinking and talking seemed to improve. It will never be what it was 30 years ago. But it did improve. I stoped drinking it to see if it were really that good. A few days later I re started it. Now I start and stop as I feel myself slipping.Nothing works for everyone but this stuff works for me.I highly suggest trying it.I wish I could give everyone with minor laps a few days supply to try.Maybe the company will offer a trial supply or atleast sell it in a weeks supply as a starter.Good luck.
