second purchase
Good taste in coffee and, hopefully, helping muscles

Jar is only a third full
Edit: their customer service contacted me and offered a full refund. So good customer service, will definitely use their product again. Something seems off with this product. Noticed right away that it felt light and low in volume. Opened to notice the jar was only filled a third of the way, it was also missing the scoop they mentioned in the directions. Even though the product was sealed I'm not sure I trust it .

Good-quality and easy to use
This is a good amino acids trio for muscle building and recovery after workout. The powder dissolve well in water. I like that it is unflavored and has a little taste to it. I use it in my workout beverage and it doesn't impact the taste much. It works pretty well for me. Easy to make and helps muscles recover post workout. This comes in a wide-mouth plastic jar with a measuring scoop provided. It contains 30 servings. It is NFS Certified for Sport. For around $1.50 per serving, it is a decent value for the money. Overall, I like it a lot. Good-quality and easy to use. Worth a consideration. Good product.

Wasteful package only half full
The one star is solely for the ridiculously misleading and wasteful packaging! You can see in the photo that upon opening, I discovered the container was only half full. Shameful! I did weigh the contents, and the weight listed on the label is correct. I have not used the product yet, and will upgrade my rating if I like the product

I have to confess...
...Dr. Mercola's like a health saint in my household. So, I'm biased about his health products. We've trusted his health recommendations as well as his products for years. Although the container only shows that its NSF Sport Certified (so this won't have any ingredients that are banned by major US sports organization) and is distributed in Florida, I trust its Amazon product info about how this powder has been "thoroughly researched and developed by (this brand's) team of scientists, engineers, and specialists". This is likely US-based in its manufacturing as well and has good quality control. Likely also that the "biodynamic and organic farmers" its ingredients are from are US-based too. My husband adds a scoop of this powder on protein shakes he makes before and after his workouts. He likes how this targets building up of his muscles and joints. Tremendously recommended.

Good Quality Combo but Expensive
This has a great combination of amino acids that help with skin and joint health as well as healthy aging and longevity. Glycine also helps the body to get rid of glyphosate. The powder has a sweet taste, most likely due to the glycine. It is a bit cloying. It dissolves well in a warm beverage, and I had no digestive issues while taking it. It completely disappears in a smoothie, and you don’t notice any taste. This has no added fillers, and it is NSF certified, which means it meets rigorous safety standards. The canister contains a. 30 day supply. This cost is $60, however, there is a 10% off coupon currently. That is very expensive. You could make up a mixture yourself of high-quality powders, and it would be a lot less expensive. However, Mercola does make high-quality products, and if you want the convenience and the expertise of mixing just the right amounts to gain a certain benefit, then the cost may be worth it to you, I haven’t noticed any difference while taking this, but I do feel that everything I take does help me maintain my excellent health.

Look into “glynac” studies.
I’ve been taking glycine for a while now, and my other product was just a giant bag of powder that I left a spoon in and ate a spoonful a day. My sister sent me an article on glynac supplementation a while back and I decided to guinea pig myself and see what happened. It seems to be working for me because I feel pretty energetic these days. This mixes well with water, especially when I do it in my milk frother machine, and tastes about like the other one did, so I believe the content claims. It says it’s unflavored but I taste a slightly citrusy sweetness; my other powder had an almost sugary texture. I haven’t tried this one all by itself now that I know how I’m supposed to take it! As with all supplements, do your own research!

Noticeable Benefits But Comes at a Cost
This mixes well and is easy to take given its unflavored nature, fitting easily into my daily routine. I've noticed some improvements in my general wellness and my recovery times seem slightly better. However, the high cost per serving makes me hesitant about repurchasing. It's a solid product for those not constrained by budget, but for me, the price point is a considerable drawback.
