I'm a big guy so any office chair i buy always has a slight creek when i sit down, also every chair has a seat, so thin, i end up having to buy a seat cushion almost immediately. Currently extremely happy with this chair its quiet it has a great head rest and I've sat in it for at least 4 hours a day for 2 weeks and I have not even thought about needing a seat cushion. A+ chair for sure.

The instructions could be better as the instructions do not state which screws to use as the first step, but you kinda just figure there is only one set of screws not mentioned and only one thing that needs 10 screws, and that is to screw the legs to the base. Use a little common sense and you'll be fine. The seat itself is very cushiony on day one. Let's see how it holds up over the next few months.

I've been on a quest for the perfect office chair for some time. My old chair lacked proper back support, and even at its lowest setting, it wasn't quite low enough for me to rest my legs comfortably.First of all, setting up the chair was a straightforward. The instructions were clear and concise, and it only took me about 15 minutes to put everything together.This chair is all about adjustability. The height is perfect, both for my legs and for keeping my elbows at the right angle for typing. The back support is fantastic, providing much-needed relief not to have back pain at the end of a long day where i need to sit to work at computer. And the adjustable neck support is a godsend for those long days at the computer.The armrests are a delightful bonus, giving my arms a comfortable place to rest while I work. And the overall style of the chair is sleek and modern, which is a nice upgrade from my previous chair.I'm absolutely thrilled with this chair. It's comfortable, supportive, and stylish. If you're looking for an office or home chair that ticks all the boxes, I highly recommend this one.

I was very happy with this product. Primarily the base and seat.Base: metal. Solid, well crafted. 5-6 “prongs” double screw into a center and I trust this thing to hold weight. The rubber wheels make it so I don’t have to worry about my floors AND very quiet to move around with. Good size wheels and just as well made as the base.Seat: Tons of cushion and space. Nice material that covers the cushion, well stitched, seems like it will last. Cushion is firm and supportive.Back: love that it is breathable mesh and keeps my back cool. It does support my lower back when I’m seated all the way back, but I do wish it was adjustable to move it forward a bit more and for different people.Headrest: nicely made but I hate it. I tend to always hate something constantly behind my head though, not a flaw in the product just a preference and removable.Armrests: nice and sturdy, wide enough; adjustable forward to back and up and down. Perfect. Material that appears durable AND can be wiped clean.Very little plastic on this chair except for covers for interior parts and not where it matters (support). I 100% trust this chair and that it will last a long time. VERY happy with it.The “bad”: non adjustable lumbar support/back. Instructions are nearly useless, mostly because they are on one half of a page and TINY - couldn’t tell what screws they wanted to go where. Fairly easy to figure out by quantity of each type of screw and holes available for each step but still frustrating. Give me a full sheet guys! On a few pieces (armrests, bottom adjustment) the screw heads just barely go over the lip on the piece you’re attaching to the seat. Almost pulled through. Doesn’t seem to effect operation or sturdiness so far but it does make me nervous - reason for 4 stars and not 5. Heads or a washer should cover a much wider area of the part.

Chair arrived, separated all parts, all present. Assembled without instructions, instruction sheet is strange as the part numbers were printed so they could not be read. But chair is easy to assemble for one person. Seat width and depth very good, Arm supports and back support stable and adjustable. The head and neck support is not a good design, base length is too short for tall users, will not adjust high enough. . Rollers are very good on wood floors, no noise at all rolling. If head, neck support critical shop another chair. (Received plus three weeks) I have now broken the head rest while leaning back. Head Rest is very poor design. If neck support is critical DO NOT buy this chair. I returned this item, process of return was complex. This product is one I will avoid in the future.
