Easy to install, and water flow is much quicker than most other faucet mount filters. The rubber gaskets are also much sturdier, thicker than the ones in Pur and Brita faucet mounts, and it makes for a leak proof seal, even without the plumbers tape. There is no light that comes on to indicate when it's time to change the filter, but you can just set calendar reminders every 3 months. It's a great value, works great. I'll come back and edit this if it starts leaking.

This is one of the best faucet filters i've found out there in the world, the filters last a very long time compared to something like the bigger brands, and it's so easy to install. It comes in two parts, you've got the chamber that holds the filter and the faucet attachment. You find the adapter that fits your faucet, and then the unit clamps over it. Then you place the filter into the attachment, and with a quarter turn it's on. The major flaw in this device is where the two parts meet. I'm having to purchase a third faucet unit because where the two parts meet is prone to a lot of wear and tear. It's just two interlocking pieces of plastic and because the filter assembly fills with water it gets heavy. This causes the interface to slowly break over time until it springs a full-on leak and the process takes a few months to happen, but it is incredibly frustrating to have to order a part. Part of the reason for this is that the interface on the faucet unit isn't a single piece of plastic, it's on a seam so there is uneven pressure across the whole socket. I can only hope that they do a revision where the interface is either a single molded bit of plastic or better yet a threaded chamber that can allow for the filter assembly to screw on rather than lock into place with a quarter turn. This would better distribute the load and keep the thing from breaking. And to be fair, I am in a house with three kids and I would not be surprised if the way they move the faucet around contributes to the wear and tear. Aside from that, it's a fantastic filter unit and really gets the job done. It even helps increase the water pressure in my somewhat faulty sink!

I purchased this water filter system because my other one from another brand broke. This was easier to install than the other. The included adapters was very helpful as it will fit many configurations of sink faucets. The lever used to flip from regular tap to filter works well. The flow of water from the filter side was very good as I found with another brand - that flow was very restricted. The overall design/look is nice - it's not overly bulky. The other factor I looked at is how much life will the filter have. This one beats most of the competition by 150 gallons or more per a filter - which is important to me. I'm still using same filter it came with so shall see how long it actually lasts. But there is a noticeable difference in taste of water vs using just tap and pretty happy about that

So far I am impressed with the quality of this product. It comes with a few different fixtures to fit the sink as I found out my old water filter was too big to fit on the spout. Good fit and still allows for the sink to run the water flow and with the chenge of the switch, you can get your filtered water. Pressure is there, installing it does not reduce the water pressure one bit.

I originally had multiple issues with the faucet filter cracking at the plastic connection point, which was frustrating because I really liked the concept but needed something more durable. She ultimately arranged a replacement The new unit feels solid, installs securely, and so far has been working exactly as I’d hoped. Doreen’s responses were prompt, friendly, and solution-focused, and she clearly cared about making things right rather than just closing a ticket. Even though the first filters didn’t work out, Waterdrop earned my loyalty by standing behind their product and making sure I ended up with a setup that functions properly

The product itself is excellent - easy to install, and it genuinely makes the water taste much more pleasant. What I really wanted to comment on, though, is how professional and easy to deal with this company is. I originally made my purchase in 2023 and moved in 2025. During the move, I discovered that I had lost a part of my water filtration system, so once I realised that, I contacted Waterdrop to enquire about purchasing a replacement. As the part wasn’t available at the time, the agent very kindly arranged for the entire system to be sent to me free of charge. I’m incredibly grateful for that - thank you!
