Il gioco complessivamente riesce a coniugare un regolamento contenuto con grande profondità tattica. Divertente anche il list building. Se i prodotti della linea Games Workshop vi sembrano troppo congestionati dal regolamento, questo sarà perfetto. Se tutto ciò che è meno denso di Warhammer 40k non fa per voi, evitate A song of ice and fire.Questo box in particolare ha miniature di buona fattura anche se non si avvicinano alle vette degli attuali modelli GW.
