Great coffee
I tried several coffees from several vendors and coops and retailers. This is great in single origins and when blended. My wife likes darker more bitter and I like mediums less bitter. I’ve roasted medium and dark and a blend of both for drip, aeropress and espresso. All are great. I’ve purchased now four times and will continue.

Pleasantly surprised
As a beginner roaster, I’ve really enjoyed this variety pack of untreated coffee beans. It includes four different types, each with its own unique flavor and aroma. Roasting them has been a fun experiment—each batch offers something new, from fruity and bright to rich and earthy. It’s a great way to explore different profiles and customize your roast. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to try a variety of beans and experiment with roasting!

Smooth and tastes great
Smooth and tastes great! I am still newish to the realm of coffee roasting so I suppose I get a pass for roasting it in a cast iron pan. The coffee smells great, so far I have tried the Mexico Chiapas, and it's smooth and packs the right amount of punch.

not impressed with the results. tried medium and dark roast, none of those 4 stands out. pretty standard quality.
