I'm still testing before deploying, but the only issue I have is the documentation is printed at a size only condors can read. No link to a web site to download a full sized PDF. Easy to set up, I plug it in and in a few seconds I scan with Angry IP scanner and find a new active IP. I copy & past into my browser (on Linux) and the user & password in the documentation is correct and I change the IP to fixed, and it reboots in around 60 seconds! Excellent image quality, supports main & sub resolutions, works with BI & ISpy. Slight wide angle curve to the image but not too much. I wish it was PTZ. Price and quality is better than most cameras. I have seen cameras costing 3 & 4 times this that aren't as good. Would like to see a bullet type and IP 67.

The vk383-sl is an awesome camera. It does everything you could want. Two way audio, great daytime image quality. Night image is on par for this type of camera though not great. Smart led lighting works. So ir normally in dark then led light turns on when motion is detected. Leds get very bright. If they had a motorized varifocal version of this it would be perfect. Tune the exposure setting for better low light performance. The screen grabs are about 15 ft away from the camera with me standing still but waving my hand.

We recently knew there’s breaking in our neighborhood and we want to have a camera around the house. I researched and found this camera with network. It has many good functions that we’d like to keep safe of our house such as making alarm when detecting abnormal activities. The only thing is you have to spend some time on the instructions on how to install it properly. So far I like it and seems it’s quite durable and reliable. The price is reasonable too. I would recommend it for a family who cares the safety of the house.

This camera is easy to install and use at our off-season house so that we may monitor movement in/around our yard and door as we are not there for extended periods of time. It holds up well and let's us know if any "motion" is detected in camera.

I didn't receive any power cords for the four camera's I ordered

The camera stopped working after s few weeks :( This camera deserves a five-star. Crystal-clear image quality provides a strong sense of security when used on the front door. The installation process was a breeze, seamlessly integrating with my existing NVR machine. The camera's adjustable angle feature effortlessly adapts to various wall configurations.

I purchased two of the "Ghost White Yc2367c-is" cameras. One of them had the firmware date "2024-10-28" and it worked perfectly and the Intelligent Detect was working great. The second camera had firmware date "2024-06-04" and Intelligent Detect was very glitchy and it didn't save the settings right so it kept misdetecting. After contacting Email Support, Vikylin Support was very responsive and provided firmware update file by email. After installing the firmware to the malfunctioning camera, the firmware date is now "2025-07-21" and Intelligent Detect worked flawlessly like the other one. Due to fast response, great quality and great effectiveness, I recommend these cameras and will get more as needed. Just make sure to update the firmware if the Intelligent Detect or any other feature is not working right.

La cámara es muy fácil de configurar. La imagen es muy buena. Lo que especialmente me gusta de esta cámara es su amplio ángulo de visión, por eso la compré. Lo único malo es que tardó en llegar poco más de 10 días.

Having over 35 years experience in the alarm industry I can honestly say that these cameras are amazing when comparing value for cost. Works perfectly with my Uniview NVR. Extremely easy to set up. This product went beyond my expectations.

I ordered this to supplement my home surveillance system with another color night vision camera. My system is Hikvision branded with the exception of this model. It is plug and play with Hikvision and can be accessed through the Hikvision NVR to adjust settings through the web interface. I'm currently using it for sky watching at night and while it does perform well enough, it doesn't quite meet the Hikvision image quality I get from my other Hikvision ColorVu camera. For budget model you might consider adding to your surveillance setup, it certainly does the job.

I have not had time to mount it outside, too cold to be doing that, but did hook it up to short cable that had been tested good, and it worked wonderfully, good image and easy to mount
