Splat hair dye is super easy to use, has clear instructions. Stays well In my hair and the colors are always super vibrant. I love their semi permanent line it usually lasts about 15-20 washes in my hair. My hair always feels conditioned and super silky afterwards.

Loved this! I have naturally dark strawberry blonde VERY thick hair. I wish they would have included a brush for easier application but I just used one I already had. It is a little messy and stains immediately. Make sure you cover what you dont want dyed completely. I added vaseline to my forehead, ears and hair line and still managed to get a spot on my chin. It washed off after scrubbing for awhile, but still inconvenient. I have washed 3 times and it still looks pretty good. It has faded a bit and I believe bled a little into the non dyed hair. Great for the price. Definitely enjoyed adding some fun color to my hair. I had plenty in 1 bottle to do peekaboo underlights in a large chunk of hair. You would probably want 2 bottles if you are doing full head or have really long hair.

I used this to see how I would look with red hair. I have a grown-out balayage and I left the dye on for 45 minutes and am very pleased with the results. It makes your hair very shiny. It does bleed quite a bit, but that’s expected with red color. It holds up pretty well to daily washing. It’s a nice simple way to try a color without commitment and the price is reasonable too.

I’ve been using the red to touch up my red/black ombré hair for a year. It goes on pretty vibrant and lasts decently for about 3 weeks. I decided to order the black for my roots, because my regular dye (Age Beautiful) was out of stock… THE BLACK DOES NOT WORK! I left the dye on my roots for a full hour before washing out. It hardly darkened my medium brown roots. It didn’t do anything for my grays. It turned my scalp a patchy blue-ish color for a week. Now, a week and 2 washes later, you can’t even tell I did it.

Yes, it is easy to use (no mixing, just shake and apply), the color is pretty rich even after a week or two, and smells pretty nice but it takes forever to rinse out. I rinsed and rinsed and even after 2 weeks, when I shampoo - I make blue suds. I'm too scared to sleep on my linen pillow cases, and the neck of my sweatshirt is blue, and I only use a blue towel. My skin did turn blue but mostly washed off after a day or so (though I suspect the back of my neck was slightly blueish for over a week, fortunately there is nowhere to go an no one to really see it these days). Though I do feel like a marvelous mermaid. I'm not sure I would use this product again. Too much to negotiate.

This brand has vibrant colors and lasts for a couple of months. I’ve gotten so many compliments with people thinking I got it professionally done. One time 3 months had passed and someone thought i got it dyed days prior. I also tried the ginger color ( selfie pic) which I didn’t buy off amazon but you can see how great it is. Never have I had to bleach prior to applying this one and it’s super easy to apply. You do need to be careful because it does stain a lot- tub, clothes, sheets, towels, pillow cases. That’s the only downfall (that’s why I gave the 4 atars).

Great Quality product not harsh on scalp or skin get a shiny smooth hair after using Splat dye. Quantity is good you get a 8 oz bottle of hair dye and a packet of conditioner. Great value for the money. Lasts pretty long about 4 weeks unless you wash it every day lol.

It's past three months and still going strong. I am pleasantly surprised that it isn't coming out with my shampoo and conditioner. Good quality!

Where do I even start. The product is a paint. Literally paint. It got absolutely everywhere and stained my skin and my shower. It stuck to everything except for my roots. I look ridiculous. I had to send my husband to the store for something else so I could fix it without being seen in public. I did black and it was only really a root fix and some bold color and gloss. My hands and feet are blue. My scalp and face are blue. My hair has never been softer. I’m actually kind of curious whether it was the paint or the conditioner. If it’s just the conditioner then I have an amazing review for that.

Splat no bleach hair dye works well for brunettes. The dye is very messy though so be prepared to clean it off with something strong. Its a bright blue when its being washed but the end result looks dark black. It smells great and feels comfortable on the hair. Unfortunately, this color does not last 30 washes like the box claims. This color however is ideal for Halloween or Cosplay event but needs to be done at least two days prior for full affect.

Worst hair dye I’ve ever used! The hair dye warns you not to get it on clothes or your skin, but it doesn’t say is that it’s going to dye all the tile in your shower in your bathtub while you’re washing it out of your hair. I have cleaned the bathroom with chemicals and it is still streaked with blue green from the black hair dye. The grout seems to be particularly favourable to the colour absorption super excited that this $14 product is shoving me into a bathroom renovation. I will only recommend this product to someone who wants to redo their bathroom, but their spouse is an on board. What easier way than to use this really crappy product destroy your bathroom so that you can get the renovation you want.

Liked that it smelt good didnt damage my hair but it doesnt have a consistent colour unfortunately do not use if you have any grey and if you have sensitive scalp or allergies it will give you a slight reaction i did a patch test on wrist and didnt get a reaction but i did get a slight one on my head :(
