Strong, sturdy mat which I use for placing underneath my amazon bought treadmill. Very happy with this product as it is well made and functions perfectly for my need. Have bought this twice as a result. Highly recommend it.

Small Mat for a Small Footprint
I have this underneath a Tacx Flux S smart cycling trainer. It is set up in a spare bedroom, with a shallow pile carpet rather than vinyl or laminate flooring. The Flux sits quite neatly on the mat. The two main feet spread across the mat. The rear foot extends behind the mat, but the bulk of the floor is protected. The next size up would have been too big.The mat is held firmly in place, doesn't slide, and takes the bulk of the trainer's weight, to protect the carpet underneath.
