All I can say is WOW!! I thought this product looked interesting, so I got it. I was apprehensive on using it, wasn’t really sure what to put it in. So, made a simple Chicken and Rice dish. Totally and completely blew my mind, AMAZING!! I use it in everything now! You have to try it!!

Fantastic seller, item is top quality. The peanuts in one were a bit scarce and the other had more oil than chilies but the taste is consistent. The lids suck so they can leak. We store in the fridge with a paper towel underneath.

I have been searching for a product to help recreate my favorite Szechuan dish - Chong Qing chicken - at home and I’ve finally found it! This fried chili oil Tass exactly like my fave NYC takeout dish and now that I live over an hour away from the city with no good Szechuan restaurants I’m so grateful to have found it! Huge jar! Love the peanuts! Highly recommend!!
