I didn’t get constipated. I had surgery, needed to boost my iron read about this and took it. Great choice

I needed an iron supplement as I discovered I am anemic during my pregnancy, this has been perfect. Simple no weird taste and improved my iron levels in my last lab work!

I was told I need to increase my iron intake so opted for a vitamin source. Energy levels seem better. We will see what the next blood test says.

Helped fix my low iron levels during pregnancy. No side effects or stomach issues! I take this in the middle of the day and my other Perelel prenatals with dinner to separate them out.

I appreciate that this iron has no unnecessary excipients. It appears to be a good brand and they state they are formulated by doctors. The forms of iron and B12 are good and the dosing is adequate (pre peri I took 100mg or iron/week but now need much less). Vit C helps with iron absorption so it's great that it is included. This doesn't appear to cause constipation, as some irons can. However, I took off a star because there are no certifications on the bottle. Though their website states they are made in GMP Certified facilities, there is no GMP label here. The website also states that they do thorough purity testing but does not indicate who is doing the testing or if it is 3rd party. Finally, I prefer my supplements without microplastics. The ones I buy repeatedly come in glass or pouches.

I’ve been borderline anemic for ever. So my doctors have been recommending that I take an iron supplement for years. I like this one because it has a couple other things, including magnesium as well. That’s another supplement that I tried to take on a regular basis. This pill is standard size and in a veggie cap. Super easy to swallow and doesn’t really have a taste to it at all. I haven’t had any problems getting stopped up at all, which does sometimes happen with other iron supplements. Overall, I’m super happy with this and I found it to be packaged well and in my opinion, reasonably priced for what it is. It’s also nice to take one pill versus three like I usually would for the included active ingredients.

I picked these up for when Aunt Flo is in town (my monthly friend) as I lose a lot of blood during that time and sometimes dont feel well. Taking these iron pills help me not feel fatigued. They are easy to take and come just as described. Would recommend and get again.

I had low iron my last pregnancy so I am trying to be proactive with current pregnancy. These arrived in great condition and the capsules are standard size (see photo with my hand), making them easy to take. They are a great addition to my prenatal.
