This was life saver, battery life if very good, multiple charging ports was a life saver at different times, good quality, value for money,

So much better than my last powerbank. I can charge my phone loads of times before it needs recharging. It is a bit on the heavy side, but it has a very good battery life. The display that shows the battery level is a good size and is clear.

I'm surprised by how strong it is. It still works even after I completely forgot about it. I'm not 100% sure, but the power bank might have gotten slightly wet (or trapped in water) — and it kept working! Nice design, lightweight, and much better than my previous one.

A bit heavier and more bulky than expected, I had hoped to pop it in my handbag. But it's too chunky for that. However it works well and will be useful on holiday. I like the variety of charging heads for different bits of equipment, although the leads are very short!

I have used this on multiple devices and works all the time, charges fast also. It’s very convenient as unlike some power banks, you don’t have to carry extra cables as the existing cables will charge literally anything from iphones, to iPads and Samsungs android. You can charge MORE than one device simultaneously at the SAME time. Will recommend 100%

Stop working after 2 weeks. Charged fully and still won’t charge my phone or any other thing. Trying to get replacement, but have to go through long winded thing asking me to film the charger not working with all wires. It wasn’t that long to take my money for the purchase, so why so long to replace faulty item. Surly when I send it back you will see, it’s not charging. Now I have to buy another one as I need a portable charger and can’t wait for this issue to be sorted and leave me with no backup charger when I’m out.

Not bulky, convinient use

I’ve had the ‘old style’ 20,000 mAh charger from this brand for several years and it’s absolutely bullet proof and still works like a charm. I bought 2 of these smaller units and my observation is that they don’t seem to have the same real life capacity (not a massive issue TBH) but the most noticeable change is that the USB-in cable which serves as the carry handle really needs to be tugged into place otherwise it will flop about. The original version had the micro usb-out as the handle and that thing only comes out if you want it to!
