Good quality came pretty fast. I’m always very iffy about purchasing expensive tools online but I’m just starting my own business and I think it is a very good kit. If you’re just starting out, it gives you all the basic tools saves you a lot of money I think for 150 it’s pretty good. I haven’t used it yet but I did plug it in and pull the trigger a little and it feels very smooth. It’s not that loud. I think it’s a good investment if you’re starting out your own rug business invest in this one I think it’s the best one on Amazon

Great starter gun honestly.. I haven’t had any issues since I had it..***The rolls of yarn are NOT enough to do a full scale project it’s intended to get you testing and getting a feel for the gun..Tufting cloth and backing were top tier.The trimmers are perfect for starters..

Product cam with all accessories except oil that is needed for the machine. Please keep in mind that you will need to oil it before use. I have not used it yet because I had to go find sewing machine oil (Joann's) for the tufting gun. Other than that, everything else is fine.

This is awesome I made a beautiful rug with it.

The carpet clippers got hot and burned me a couple of times. And it broke off in my hand so I will not be able to work with it. Can it be replaced or something like that I will be looking for you to answer my question. Thank you.
