No, both are not included. I highly recommend JOYO mutli-tipped 9V adapter and power supply with noise reduction technology. Because an incompatible power supply may cause the noise, pedal damage, can't turn on, powered but can't work properly.

If tone is harsh,breakup,or using active pickup bass,check if the "Pad" switch is turned on to prevent overload from high-output signals.

First,turn on "Ground Lift" switch. If noise disappears, issue is a ground loop (when connecting to both amplifier and mixer).
